The base of every restoration.
The donor.
Every build starts with a clean, well documented base vehicle. We hold a permanent stock of around thirty Wagoneers, Cherokee Chiefs and J-trucks that are ready to get started with. If the desired vehicle is not available in our inventory, we will hunt it down. Clients can also supply their own Jeep.
ALUMINUM/ZINC METALIZING RUST PROTECTION
Once all panels are repaired and straight, we project aluminum and zinc at high speed and temperature over the bare metal. This oldschool technique prevents rust from coming back.
ORIGINAL BODY. NO AFTERMARKET SHEETMETAL OR TUBS
Never do we use aftermarket body panels on our vehicles in order to guarantee perfect fit. We repair original bodies, we do not replace them.
OEM DECALS OR REVERSE PAINTED GRAPHICS ON BODY.
In function of the project that we are working on, we will use only the highest grade 3M vinyl if decals are applied.
BRIGHTWARE
Grille, handles, roof rack, bumpers, ... all get straightened, stripped, nickel chrome plated and polished to highest standards.
SOUND PROOFING
Floors, roof, doors, fenders, firewall all get covered with one or multiple layers of Dynamat sound-deadening and heat managerment material. The underside of the body also get polyurhea coated for heat control and road hazards.
CNC MACHINING
Badges, trim pieces and specialty goods are CAD designed and CNC-ed from big blocks of aluminum.
